Returns + Exchanges

If you purchased your product direct from the website within the US and you decide you no longer want it, we'll give you a refund provided that you return it to us within 14 days, unused and in its original condition (with packaging intact). Your only Cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to Grip2ü. Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This Returns Policy does not apply to any Grip2ü "Custom" product. Grip2ü is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Grip2ü. We recommend you ship your returned products to Grip2ü via a trackable shipment method if you choose to return your product.

Items purchased Final Sale are non returnable nor refundable. 

If you purchased your product from and it develops a fault within 90 Days from the original date of purchase we will replace your case on us. Email us at and we’ll take care of the rest.

Grip2ü is not responsible for products once the product has left our warehouse via the carrier. Any transit questions, please contact the carrier directly.

All orders placed on our website will be processed the next business day except holidays.

If your order is missing or damaged, we need to be notified within seven (7) days of delivery in order to start the claims process. Please email us at and we will assist you!

NOTE: Customers outside of the US are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to taxes, duties, and brokerage.
